ShopClues — Not getting refund of my order no | |||
I ordered Micromax Canvas A1 mobile from shopclues on 23rd Feb 2015 via order no 39248085 But I didn't get it till date. My order has been kept on hold by saying that "Order on Hold - Procurement Delay" till date. I called and sent mails to Shopclues several times but everytime I was told that my order will be shipped as soon as Merchant will provide mobile to shopclues. All of sudden, on 10th March, I received mail from Shopclues saying that "We would like to inform you that the refund for your order is in process. You will shortly receive an automated update with the payment details.This may take upto 2-3 working days.". But I didn't receive refund hence I again called/mailed Shopclues and then on 12th March I received mail from them saying that "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and as per your concern regarding refund, we would like to inform that due to some technical glitch in the payment gateway refund process has been delayed.". I followed up with Shopclues many times via call and mail but every time I was given wrong commitment that my complaint has been escalated and my refund will be processed in 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours (every time new hours). I am tiered up with this follow up, Please help me to get my money back from this kind of fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||
