[Resolved] ShopClues — Online store delivered a defective Reebok watch without warranty card | |||
I bought a Reebok i18027 Core watch from s a online store shopclues.com with order no.10945169. The product is stated as an 'original Reebok product' & 'comes with 1year manufacturer's warrranty' in the website. But they haven't sent any warranty card. They have sent only the Invoice. After receiving the product I observe that the watch is defective and the hands of the watch are not coloured as in their website. So I called to a Reebok store. There the person says that every original Reebok watch comes with a warranty card. But as I can't produce warranty card so Reebok store/ customer service cannnot help me in this regard. So I lodge request in shopclues.com to send me the warranty card which I deserve. But they are continuously avoiding my point & saying that the invoice is enough to claim warranty! I suspect the product is fake so they don't give the warranty card with the watch. They probably make their money by cheating their customers. So please take steps in this regard so that they give the warranty card. I attached the images of the watch I got & the watch in the website. Was this information helpful? | |||
