I had ordered aquaguard enhance model water purifier by order number 93474315 on 20th jun, 2016 and received aquaguard reviva model on the 28th june, 2016. i have immediately raised a return or replacement request and the customer center said they would need 3 or 4 days to contact seller and reply back. every time i call them, they say they need 48 hours to look into the matter and they have declined my return request. i have provided them photos of the box received along with invoice photos and all proofs.
