[Resolved]  ShopClues — PRODUCT DEAD ON ARRIVAL - NOT READY TO REVERSE PICKUP - ASKING ME TO GET IT REPAIR

dear team, i had given a return a return request on 17.10.2013 for a Bajaj Hand Blender received from Shop Clues which was found In NOT WORKING CONDITION ans asked for reverse pickup and REFUND. from 17.10 till date, the company is forcing me to get it repair from Bajaj Auth. service station telling me that the product is under manufacture warranty. I asked them that i had purchased a brand new product from you and it should be in a working condition. more than 8-10 days have passed, no action had been taken by them... no emails, no calls.
