Dear sir, I had ordered an home berry jaipuri rajwada double cotton bed sheet with 02 pillow covers on 17 jan 2018 for quantity 03 sets (Order id no[protected] and product has been received on 19 jan 2018 and short receipt of product complaint registered on 20 jan 2018 through your complaint cell. However more information asked by you against my registered complaint on 23 jan 2018, which was also send to you on 25 jan 2018. Now how you are saying i registered my complaint on 23 jan 2018.
