ShopClues — Wrong rather fake product delivered | |
I ordered for a BRITE Professional clipper trimmer on shopclues.com with order no.10217873. But they delivered a machine of MAXEL brand! The was not good. It was plucking my hair & beard. So I asked for replacement. It took long to get the replacement. For replacement they gave me a new order no. 11733870. But they again delivered a clipper trimmer of MAXEL brand instead of BRITE as described in this url " http://www.shopclues.com/professional-electric-hair-trimmer-and-clipper-set-2.html ". This clipper has no manufacturing date on the box. The attachments are really sharp & hurting scalp if we try to clip hair! The blade protector is broken.Why are they cheating in this way? It is looking as a fake product.

Today I got a email from shopcles that they are arranging pickup for refund. I want to know how many times will they play the same game of delivering a wrong product & then taking it back? In this process they are just holding my money & gaining interest! They should be booked/charged for this type of harassment they caused to customer. They already made same mistake twice & now simply saying to customer that they will refund customer's money! Is it enough to satisfy a customer?
Your apology can never lessen customer's harassment.
Firstly, answer why have you done same mistake twice?
Secondly, what should be your punishment for doing such mismanagement?
Thirdly, at this present condition I would like to change my the attachments & blade-protector only. Or you may give me a satisfactory amount of refund so that I can buy standard atachments & blade-protector for the machine.

I still haven't got any plausible solution. Mere refund is not enough. I should get proper compensation for this repeated harassment. They are not taking the matter seriously.
