I had a mobile phone from shopclues.com retail merchant online portal Order ID:[protected] Order Placed on Thu, 22 Mar 2018 Ordered Material: Mobile Phone (Karbonn Titanium Frames S7) Having burnt my fingers once, not willing to take another chance. I advised them for: 1. First Option - Refund of entire amount I paid (absorbing Credit Card transaction fees) 2. Second option - Replace the faulty device with new device. Complaints: 1. The company delivered defective (manufacturing defect - Phone screen with multiple lines across phone screen making phone not usable) 2. No timely response - Upon calling customer care, they initially asked to visit service center. Later on detailed explanation they asked for details and pictures of the defect on the phone). Upon providing details they acknowledged them and responded back seeking 48 hrs time for responding back. But they have not been responding thereafter. 3. Could not honour their committed delivery schedule; - At the time of placing order 5-7 days of delivery time, - In meantime, delivery period changed from 5-7 to 4-5 days - Finally, delivery in 3 days. I had to cut short my out of town vacation (wasted my money on hotel stay)just to ensure that I reach home back to receive the delivery.
