ShopClues.com — got message that item delivered but I didn't receive item.

My order no[protected] was expected to be delivered on 16-July-2018 but when i complained about delay they replied that Delivery been delayed. And very next day morning i just texted them about my order and after few minutes i got a message that item got delivered But I DIDN'T receive any thing. Iam really fed up with the service they providing and hope not to do business with them anymore.

Sir, my order no[protected], for shopclues discount sale of 6 pair of adidas sock was put for Rs 349, WAS PUT, BUT i received only 3 pairs, request to deliver the remaining 3 free of cost
