[Resolved] ShopClues.com — not replacing damaged product | |||
Respected Sir This is the cmplaint against Shopclues order ID:[protected] I purchased a wireless Bluetooth headphones (HBS730) on 13/06/2020 from shopclue by online with ₹410/- through Paytm. It delivered on 20/06/2020 Due to the poor battery backup I requested return within 7 days(27/06/2020) for replacing the product(Return request ticket no.[protected].First they approved and giving message to arrange pick-up. Butwithot any reason same day the closed the return window. Again I approach to the customer service center still no replay. According to the Shopclues return policy was 10 days, but they are not ready to either replace this none working item or refund the money ₹410 with compensation Was this information helpful? | |||
