ShopClues.com — product delivered to wrong person. | |||||
I had purchased an item amounting to rs.129 from shopclues.com on 8th august, 2017. I had used my debit card to pay for the product. On 14th august, i got a message from bluedart stating that my product has been delivered while i hadn't received the product. My order id is[protected]. The address i had provided was correct and hence there should've been no confusion regarding it. I expect shopclues.com to re-attempt the delivery of the item. If that is not possible, i expect shopclues.com to refund my money to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
