[Resolved] ShopClues.com — received defective earphones with mobile | |||||
I have order mobile phone (Intex aqua crystal plus (2 gb, 16 gb, black) from shopclues, order was delivered on mon, 14 aug' 17, order id is order id:[protected], when i opened this product earphones was not working so then i have registered my complaint to replace or exchange the mobile pone & earphones because as per the product policy my phone & earphone had 1 month replacement policy, but its all most 2 months has completed they did not replace it, i have sent multiple mails for this request but every time they rejected my complaint, even they said i have to go to service center for it they can not help me for this, Why should i go to service center if i have received defective product? As per the policy they should change the earphones, but they i did not do, now they are not responding my calls, Request you to take action against them, they all are making their customers fool.
