I have purchased an intex aqua zenith 4g mobile from shopclues.

I found product is not up to my expectations (Low quality, slow touch, poor camera). Immediately i requested for a return of the product because i was unsatisfied with it.

After few hours return status was showing that (Status: return rejected)

Then i tried to contact shopclues through customer care service. After a long and multiple tries some how they called me back.
And they clearly said that they will not accept the return because the product is under manufacturer warranty period. (They claim that it is given in their refund policy.)
But as per buyer protection policy i can return a product which is unsatisfactory within 10 days from the delivery of the product. But shopclues is deniying this right to their customer.
