ShopClues.com — wrong product delivered successively for the third time. | |||
I've been trying to buy adidas slippers from shopclues and they have been delivering me 7 sized slippers instead of 6 sized, although it is stated on the bill that the product is of size 6 but the product is of size 7 for the third time in a row after returning and reordering. I have also talked to costumer care representative on the phone about this but then too i've been receiving the wrong product. Please try to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

My order no is[protected].u sent tat am not attending the phone call.am having work at the mrg so call me aft 5 and deliver the product as soon as possible.its too late already.worst customer care service.a voice call is coming as call us tomorrow aft 9am.then what for customer care is meant for.be responsible to the calls
