ShopCruze — product not delivered

I ordered a combo offer of Rs 2999/- and it said that it will deliver the product with in few days.It's been more than 15 days the product is not being delivered and they are not picking up the phone.May be the company is fraud or something.So i want now them to refund my money as soon as possible.
