ShopDealClue — order cancelled and no refund issues

I had purchased an item from shopdealclue, the order is displayed as cancelled and i have not received any response of refund. The transaction was done via order number:38102 Cavenue ref number:[protected] for INR:775.00.

Now I am sent couple of mails to support @ [protected]@shopdealclue.com but no received any response from them. Request you to please help me get the refund.
