Ordered a Oneplus Bluetooth neckband on 12/02/2024 and received the product in dead condition. I’ve raised a complaint on the same day when I received it (17/02/24) (Return Id 2205). The complaint is yet to be reviewed, which is more than 15 days and there is no response through WhatsApp communication also the customer care number is not in use to connect.
