i have purchased samsung galaxy note 8 worth 3449/- on 27 aug 2019 on shopdealclue.com without knowing its a fraud website. later i tried to contact threw mobile number specified in site and written mail to [protected]@shopdealclue.com for refund of money and no response from any one and ican only see that the order in currently in processing status .please help in this issue and want refund of money 3449/-. please find the suportive screenshots as attatchment as proof of order. my contact number is [protected], my name is sreekanth

I have not received my Order #28153 for Chromecast 2 Media Streaming Device (Black). Kindly refund my money. The status is still in 'prosessing'. No one is replying to my emails. The phone number given is faulty. The customer care form is not getting sent. This seems to be a fraudulent website. Please help!
