I have ordered REALME BUDS Q2 NEO BLACK COLOUR on your website on 14/12/2023 with COD of Rs.1550 .

Yesterday 19/12/2023 I have received the ordered item throughout DELHIVERY courier .

When I opened the package I found that I have received wrong item. I have received Realme BUDS Q in White colour only . This product doesn't fit for me. So kindly take return of the wrong product that I received from you. Kindly refund and do the needful.
