ShopDealClue — Received wrong product

My order id is 6880 dated 18/11/2023 which contains Duracell 20 Watts Fast Wall Charger Adapter but i received a local made RSD adapter which is totally ridiculous and disappointing. I submitted my return request 2 times having return id 1090, 1129 but still pending... unable to contact you neither on call nor on whatsapp you given on website. so you are again and again requested to arrange return for the order otherwise i will take legal action against you with file FIR against you and in consumer court also.
