I have complained by mail to shopedealclue with pics and videos .Also tried to contact customer care . Till date there is no reply or connect with your team.
I have never experienced any such problems with Amazon or flipcart.
The returns are so easy to them or even with the refund.
Here we need to video every single courier and sent as evidence.
If your end could have verified and sent, we don’t have to do all this . Even the earphones received is a wrong product.
I have ordered OnePlus Z2 earphones, received some different brand .
I need to solve this from your end by refund to by mode of payment.
