Shopeyard.com — amount paid for order but no response from the seller

I booked an order#[protected] on 8th april 2019 in shopeyard and payment made through net banking. But the seller is very much irresponsible n he had not at all responded till now. They didn't send my order. I also requested them to cancel my order n make refund, for that also i didn't get any response from them. I paid rs 469. Ccavenue transaction number is[protected].
