Shopeyard.com — wrong book delivery and books ordered not yet delivered

I have first ordered 2 books for polity and governance in english medium but received in telugu medium, and next i have ordered 4 books on 22/01/2019, but till i have no information regarding the shipment, i was trying for landline continuously but no use, please let me know when can i get my books or refund the amount which i have paid. No response even for the mail.
