I ordered books of 5th std. On 17.03.2020 for rs.5995 (Advance) with my order id b2co35326 from shopforschool.in my order is still not delivered till today. School has started almost 4 months ago but we dont have books and now the exams are also nearby on 17th aug 2020 than how my ward will attempt the exams without books. Im following them on customer care specially to mayura madam but there is no response and no solution. My ward is studying in podar international, ambernath, dist. Thane, maharashtra india. Please help me as soon as possible.
