Delay in delivery of books

Iam a parent of a student from podar international, bengaluru. I have placed order for the set of books and notebooks for class 8 on 28th of april 2017. My order no. Is or-1372543. I've paid the bill amount also. Till date (25.05.17) i've not received the items ie., books and notebooks.
The school is going reopen on 29.05.17.
Can i send my child to school without books? Why such inconvenience, tension for both parents and children when we can get the books from the school like the previous years? When they are not able to deliver on time to the clients why to take the order in the first place?

Order no. 1323944 on 26th March, I ordered books for 3rd std. ICSE & gave payment online also but still I have not received books . I have contacted customer care on daily basis but they did not gave me satisfied answer . Study of my daughter is being affected. Majority of the kids have received books long back but we havent got it yet. School is about to reopen and when will she complete her homework? If they don't contact us back we will go forward to consumer court and even ask for compulsation .

I had ordered for books from this portal on the recommendation of podar international school mehsana, on 21st april 2017 and had also made the payment in advance. My order id is or-1368803. From the cbse kit standard 0ne books were missing and mismatch items were given,

I am complaining about the delay of order

We have still yet not received the message or the order of our uniform though we had ordered on 29 th April
Please send us the delivery as soon as possible
The parents are facing a lot of inconvenience because of this delay and if try to call them then either they are not picking up the call and even if picked up they are not responding.
The confirmation order message said that the parcel would be delivered within 10 days but its nearly half a month.
We request u to please pay a little attention and make our delivery faster

Getting refund back

My order i'd is 1327902 i have placed my unidorms order on march 27 2017. But because of late delivery i cancelled my order. But i have not get my refund back many times i called their helplines but no use. I have paid online for uniform order, so helpline representative said it will take one week time to refund back, but it almost one month late still i have not got my refund. When i called helpline representative they will put my phone on hold. I am very disappointed with their services

Wrong uniform size delivered and took 1 and 1/2 month!

My old uniform has gotten so old, Shopforschool was talking ages for the delivery which finally came but with a very small size tshirt. Are they blind?!!
The delay in the delivery can be understood however not when larger companies like amazon and flipkart can deliver things on time. Now I have requested a delivery and re-ordered my size tshirt which I am again waiting for, and until then, I will have to wear fancy dress in school. Podar should really take a heck of responsibility while proposing new techniques for sales. Absolute BS service.

Pathetic service of shopforschool.in

My order no OR-1357715 placed on[protected]:55:40.0.
Contacted more than 10 times on their helpline but no satisfactory response from them.
Mailed a complaint so many times to their [protected]@shopforschool.in E mail, however no feedback for the same.
I think school is responsible for this mess as they have appointed this vendor without checking his capacity to deliver these orders all over india.
I dont know how much bribe has been paid to education department.As the vendor which was not capable has been chosen to supply school uniforms and books.

Shopforschool.in non delivery of books and uniform
I had ordered for books and uniform from this portal on the recommendation of podar international school (Icse) kalyan, on 18th march 2017 and had also made the payment in advance. Schools have opened and there is no delivery of the order yet. Childrens are going to school with no books.
I strongly condemn this portal as there is no satisfactory response from the service provider, just throwing ball in others court (Here fedex as fedex is official partner of shopforschool for logistics). It seems that the portal is fraud and i also fail to understand what interest the reputed group like podar has in recommending such inefficient portal and putting their students and their parents in such a harassing situation.

I ordered the books for my ward who is in class 10. The books are not yet delievered and the school had reopened a month ago. The service is really poor. The order number is 1331499. Deliver them as soon as possible as he is getting too much of H.W. He is in Podar International School Ahmedabad

I had ordered books for 10th std podar international school icse from aurangabad maharashtra... Vide order no 1363936 and also paid 4562.00 rs on date 12.04.2017... But still we had not received the order... As the classes being started for 10th std my ward is going without books. Without books it's hard to get what is going to taught in class.. I think this will demoralize my ward. We ordered books online for to get it earlier. But it's too late... Almost 15 days are over

I had ordered books of grade 2 order no B2CO219190 on
pin code 422206. I could place order very easily.
But then i received call from DTDC services that my pincode is not included in their shipment addresses.
Also shipping charges are deducted from my account.
Whats the point to order booms online if i have to collect them from DTDC services. I would have purchased books from books shop itself instead of wasting time and money on online booking and unnecessary paying shipping charges.

Today I called on their no.[protected] for knowing status, they gave me tarcker ID of their courier Fedex and disconnected the call without completion of our call. I am from podar international school CIE pune. I have order my booksand uniform on 22nd of may and it has still no being delivered. It has been 30 min that the customer care is not picking up the call. And the old uniform is soo small and is very uncomfortable to wear but the school management says to wear it. Who is responseible for the same ? If I got less numbers in exam, is shopfloorschool. own the responsibility.

As per school instruction We have booked school books @ Shopforschool.in. on 2oth March. But till today morning we have made almost 10-12 calls for books delivery but always they have informed that it will be delivered in 2 days. Today again when my wife called the person who received the call informed that it will take another 5-6 days. They have dispatched through FEDEX.
School is opening on 18th and today is 17th. So we have collected the books from FEDEX - Lokhandwala branch.
Such a poor third grade service I have never seen in my life.

I have ordered books for my two kids on 24-mar-17. Today after 24 days there is no sign of delivery of books. The details are as order no - OR - 1319117 . Payment is already done. The shipping label of tracking no[protected] is generated on 31 March 2017. But courier company said that no package is physically handed over to them. So we can't track the order.
The contact number given is of no use as no one is there to reply to our query. Podar school shall check the capability of vendor before selecting and making it mandatory to purchase to the parents. Schools have started and kids are going without books and uniform.

I have ordered uniform and books for my two kids on 22-mar-17. Today after 22days there is no sign of delivery of books or uniform. The contact number given is of no use as no one is there to reply to our query. Podar school shall check the capability of vendor before selecting and making it mandatory to purchase to the parents. Schools have started and kids are going without books and uniform. However, Podar School has arranged zerox of chapters that they are started to teach to kids. So thanks to the School for same.

I didn't get the books by now. The ones which ordered after me are getting the books fast. The students of our school are suffering. I need to just tell them that please send the nooks fast as possible

Podar International School has opted for online purchase of books for helping the parents especially the working parents but it has become a nightmare with the books not arriving on time and with the call center mishandling the customers and not picking up the phone or giving wrong delivery date.it has become a tough call for us.pls help our children needs the books immediately

I had ordered books for my kids on 25th March 2017 and i have still not received the books even though the payment has been made online at the time of buying the books .
Please look into what is happening as this kind of behavior is intolerable and would not be taken for granted .
I want my order immediately to be delivered .
I seriously think that ShopForschool is a fraud website as it takes money while booking for the books and i dont understand why podar group recommends these kind of incompetent sites .

PODAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL has recommended this site & now no one is replying either on mail or landline no. given. Once they pick & I asked them to provide me Senior Authority but they have not allowed. We don't know the office address of the site or any other contact details.
This is pathetic service & recommendation by School. I came to know that there warehouse is in Bhiwandi which is quite near to Powai in Mumbai but still nothing is delivered.
Any body know details about them so that we can file complaint in Consumer Court for deficiency in Service.

The worst site I have ever seen. I do not understand How a Podar school managed organisation can do so much fraud. Their website is also not working in between. Their customer service is very pathetic . I am sure this shopfor school will bring bad name to Podar School, as both are same.
I also had ordered and paid Rs.2800 for purchase to shopfor school . It was never delivered . I had even written to podar email ID also. But no body replied. Ultimately I lost my money . I do not know whether Podar is using this site as a means to make extra money by fraud.

As per instructions from the school, Podar International school, Ahmedabad, we had to purchase the books and stationary online only for our children from shopforschool.in. I ordered the same on 20 March 2017 with the full payment of Rs.6465 in advance. School has already been opened but books and stationary are not yet delivered. Every day I call them and they assure that I will get the same in a day or two. Children are going to the school without books and stationary. Kindly do the needful. Children are suffering.

We also order on 20 march for 2 STD book and the school start now. But my kid is not having any book and stationary . Everyday I call but they r not picking the phone.shame on shop for school authority.

i received the package. uniform is missing which i ordered as well. Book is mismatched. I am thinking about changing school if they don't improve their service.
Also there own publication books have tons of mistake

I have ordered books and uniform from shopforschool (http://www.shopforschool.in/) for PIS chinchwad.
Paid 6219 Rs. Got the books but Uniform has not delivered.
The issue is that Even Uniform has *NOT* been delivered, they have marked it as delivered. This is just a fraud.
Podar Group will do this kind of things, not expected . This is totally a fraud.
Can anyone also face this issue ?

I wish I could give negative rating but since that option is not available, I am giving them a rating of 1!! Very poor service. Placed the order for books on 17th March but only received them today after following up every single day. Everyday they would promise me that the books will arrive in a a day or two but it took them almost a month to deliver. Customer service is extremely rude and incompetent. I dont know why a school like Podar decided to take the online route without properly selecting the vendor. Even the courier service that they used - shipyaari is extremely bad. They had no clue whether my books order is picked up or not. when I said that the order is picked up and its showing online, the customer service person told me that I am lying and asked me to provide proof!! Who speaks to customers in this manner. The school authorities should take some strict action against these fraudsters.

And today they say that ….sir the books is dispatch within 2 days….

tum logone paise khaneka aacchha dhanda shuru kiya hai mane apne 2 bacchoke books book kiye hain 17.4.2017 ko ssale fhonbhi uthate massage bhej rahe aapke dilever hoi gaye hain track no bhi dal rahe hain lekin koi trak . track nahi ho raha na phone uthate hain.
I order my book on 4th April 2017 and pay all the advance, but till date I had not received any books and material.

We have received only uniform we haven't received the books till now,
We have received only uniforms after one and half month of placing the order for both books and uniforms. We have not received the books till today. Already school started and teachers were starts the lessons. Without the books how can the child understand the lesson and it is very bad situation to face. I don, t know why Podarians were select such a poor service wing which definitely looses the parents trust towards Podar edu net. It is very difficult to believe that the Podar students were going to school without text books. Can i hope for the correction of this mistake committed by you people.
We are waiting for the schools books, the lessons are started already. So irresponsible service it is . We can't wait anymore please deliver as early as possible

Constantly contacting school authorities and they are not helping at all. We lost our trust on Podar. Only 2 days left for school reopening and my kids still have no books or stationery even after paying Rs.9856 online. Such a bad agency and even worst and irresponsible school authorities.

we have order the books for my child for Grade 3 on dated 6april 2017, but still we have not received the order,
we personally call on customer care number but only given the excused,
Now the school has started, my children are very upset and not ready to move the school due to non available of books, when we approach the school they are also put their hands and said that there is not our fault.
This is absolutely wrong and its very bad message to social how we are playing with our children's life.

All parents should take this matter with Poddar International. If they are not taking action parents should change school next year. Even PIS became totally commercial school. They are sitting 40-45 students in one class. They have very short time school (only 5 hours) because they have started 2nd shift in the school. From now onwards we should search another school so that in last moment we will not have any confusion about the school

Shopforschool.in is a real fruaud site and no responses for months once you pay them. don't get into it.
How Podar International schools can cheat peoples and play with studies of kids by not giving books on time?? Their shopforschool site is fraud and not giving books for months.
