I want to complaint that i had ordered two sets of books for grade 2 and 4 on the 23rd march and it's order no is or-1312274 and has not received it till dated. I have called th e customer care no lot of time they earlier use to say two or three day u will get it but it didn't happen.. Then they started giving the courier no[protected] of shipyari compain and when we track it is only shows the order generated not even picked up till date. We called the courier guys they say what can we do ma'am it is still lying in the shoptoschool wear house pls tell them to send then only we can deliver. It is really shameful that the school will start with the vacation by next week and we don't have the books. It's really not just harrassing the parents. No proper answer we get.
