I have ordered books for Podar International School, Ahmedabad on 25.03.2017 vide order no. 1321067 after doing payment and I have not received books even after lapses of more than 20 days. Today I called on their no.[protected] for knowing status, they gave me tarcker ID of their courier Fedex and disconnected the call without completion of our call. On contacting courier company, they told me the items are yet to be shipped by the shipment company and not received by the courier company for delivery. Again I contacted on[protected], then they clarified the items are still lying with them and to be shipped by them in next 2-3 days and again disconnected the call. The unprofessional behavior is due to nexus between school and the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered the books for my ward who is in class 10. The books are not yet delievered and the school had reopened a month ago. The service is really poor. The order number is 1331499. Deliver them as soon as possible as he is getting too much of H.W. He is in Podar International School Ahmedabad
