I have participated in a contest conducted by shophunk.com in the month of November and after the contest results since I have not won the prize I opted for a refund on 28th November, 2014. According to their terms and conditions they have to refund me within 7 days. But after 15 times of call in their customer care number still they have not refunded me. They are still saying that they are sending my refund and will get to me within 3 to 4 days. This was actually said 2nd of January, 2015 onwards after each call. Also even they have removed my cash order history from my account and showing now with a zero credit points in their account
