The wrong product has arrived. I want to return that product

I have purchased a shirt against order no. 47210201 for Rs. 649 for which i have made payment online. i have not received the order till date. Order details/ status is not shared by shophunk.com. Customer care number is not reachable. this company is fraudulent

One and half year back when I was browsing internet one add has came u r winner
ask me participate the competition to win mobile for that I have paid Rs.600/- through bank;s ATM debit card.I Request to Refund from the company(shophunk)
I HAVE ASKED ABOUT THIS PAYMENT TO SHOPHUNK THEY ASKED ME PURCHASE SOMETHING THE AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED. i FELT THAT I WAS CHEATED. i DONT KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK.PLEASE HELP ME.

Above shoping website offers a contest for iphone from Rs 699 and said if you not win total money refunded i.e 699 but not refunt till date. Our tranction id :4062068 dated 15/10/2014 and company's fraud refund ref no:AXISP[protected].please me

Dear sir I am baluram patel from mumbai. 10 .12.14 ko shophunk website visit karte samay company ne cheating kaArtehuye i phon dene ke bahane mere syndicate bank ke acount se 699 ₹kat diye Uske bad me refund ka dava karne vali company ki website par na to time se login hota hai na hi dhang ka koi saman available hai unki site par jo apan kharid kar vasul kar sake Totali froid work.

i have recently been trapped into a mobile contest where i paid rs.699/- and after a week i got a mail that u have not selected in the contest and the 699 rupees will be credited into your account as credit points ...but unfortunately the site is a bull with minimum number of products listed ...very low quality by its picture ...and the prices are very high compared to the other e shopping sites...i want my 699 rupees back into account or u guys atleast place some products in the listing so that we can make use of the wasted credits in your waste site...if nothing persists we will lanch a consumer complaint...hope to see ur reply

Dear sir, i have played a quiz on shophunk.com in october 2014, as told from shophunk.com that if i do not win quiz then my money will be back and i defeat the quiz, and now i want to take my money back but they are not giving my money, when i call regarding money they tell that your cheque is under process, they are making fool and they are not working on this issue, they are telling a lie to me that we will give you money back,

My Rs 699/- credit with the company after being non winner of contest against order dt[protected].Later, I placed an order for ORPAT OST-1017 Dx Grill sandwich maker ( whjte ) -) Order ID 4700870 dt[protected] by making payment through credit card, a balace Rs 896/- for a total bill value Rs 1595.-.I have not received the goods so far, nor received any message about despatch . But i not win this, refund request mail and 17 times of call in their customer care number still they have not refunded me... My 17-th call charges for Rs.210/-

I have participated in a contest conducted by shophunk.com in the month of November and after the contest results since I have not won the prize I opted for a refund on 28th November, 2014. According to their terms and conditions they have to refund me within 7 days. But after 15 times of call in their customer care number still they have not refunded me. They are still saying that they are sending my refund and will get to me within 3 to 4 days. This was actually said 2nd of January, 2015 onwards after each call. Also even they have removed my cash order history from my account and showing now with a zero credit points in their account
