Hello sir i am a. Muthuvel in Tamilnadu. Sir i want refund my balance by the shophunk. Sir i open a web page Then i saw their is three parcel box on the page hten i touch that and that Tell me to take a apple iphone worth rs.699 that is a contest sir iam a Tudent and i want to take my refund by the company. My order no. Is id : 4353889, i paid the Money through my debit card amt 699/- rupees. But i not win this, refund Request mail and 20 times of call in their customer care number still they Have not refunded me... My 12-th call charges for rs.70/-and browsing charge 100/... Dear sir,
As per telephonic conversation with our respective customer, His problem has been successfully solved from our end. Customer wants refund, So his full amount Rs.699 has been refunded on 16-03-15 through cheque and cheque no is 217601.Customer will be getting his cheque within 7 business days on his given home address.
