Shophunk.com — regarding the refund

i paid Rs 699 toward the Shophunk as there was and offer and then that the offer was not good so requested for the refund so again i got the mail saying to provide bank details of the Ac for the refund i provided the details and they told will refund in 8-10 b days and i tried to contact with the same mail id but there is no replay and also then of customer support is not responding so do needful in the same
