Please help me get my money back. I got an email from shophunk.com. They offered me Contest - Samsung galaxy :Pay & get to win this for 699 Rs. I paid them 699 Rs on 13/03/2014. This is the transaction details13/03/2014 Transaction i.d. IGR9299501

I made a mistake as fall into trap of above mentioned site which sent an email for participating in contest, which was bidding for Samsung Mobile S4 by paying Rs.799. If we win handset will be sent otherwise we can shop online for the same amount. As per these black-marketing site I lost, so I have to purchase staff of similar amount from their site. I checked but didn't find anything worth so asked them for refund. I participated in this contest on 17Nov2013, from here my ordeal started, I made plenty of calls dropped email's but no response received. Initially on call one of their agent acknowledged and said that he will proceed with refund but when I again called up their contact center no response received. I believe they have blocked my number!. Now its more than four months and they have not responded back either through email or via call. Please help and make aware other people not to fall in such traps.

i, my name is gautam kumar singh, in the month of Dec- Jan i got a mail from shophunk with a offer to get a mobile after answering 5 questions and after answering those question, an option came to claim the mobile which i did and alongwith that i was asked to pay a sum of about Rs.800/-, which i immediately paid online through net banking and after paying the same a message came that there will be lucky draw in the end of the month, but i never got a reply till today from shop hunk about the fate of that lucky draw and the message of that lucky draw flashed on my computer monitor after i completed the monetary transaction, which in a manner is nothing but cheating as at first through the email one is asked to claim the mobile handset, but later have to pay money and at last after paying the money one get a message of lucky draw. If i have done so than just imagine how many other people would have paid that money and at last gets nothing. After making payment i was given a shophunk transaction ID and confirmation code after making payment. Now again i have recieved the same mail with the same offer of mobile handset and i am copy pasting the email add with the email Id of sender Swapna, Plz take the necessary action as per law. I have participated in Online Contest and that amount is credited to my account I have placed and order with that amount .It has been more than 15 days and still it is pending .!st of all Customer care number is not reachable, all persons are busy in call secondly everytime you will be given a solution that your ordered item is out of stock and will be delivered in next 2 days.
And when you call after two days same thing will be repeated.Neither they return your amount nor they deliver the item.Transaction ID is 926874

On 24 Nov 2013 I have entered into a contest by M/S shophunk by paying Rs899/ paid through Credit Card . Shophunk.com - For contest. My ID 812936 But after inquiry of said contest, they said your name is not shown in the contest list hence your money is return back to your account. But after lapse of fifteen days the above money not refunded to me by the company.The given contact number and email id is totally fraud. Please don't believe this online shopping in shophunk. This is one of the biggest fraud in online shopping. I received a mail saying that Rs. 9999/- win contest for Samsung S4 and every participents will get Samsung tab3 16gb free .Also i have inquired his customer care number [protected] they told yes we will send genuine with Samsung Tab3 16GB sim calling to every participants within 15 days after winner declare so I made a payment for this now already 2 months over every time i am calling different different guys pickup the call they are disconnecting the call or they told stocks are not available will give different company tab 3 which is cost 2.5k only. i am surely they are cheating all customer who is purchase from this site .Please all guys who has purchase from this site and facing this cheaters shophunk site please update me his mail id with contact number also please file one consumer case and provide me consumer case number.so I will consult with my lawyer where we can file Strong action to them on court.They people are collect huge amount of money then leave close the site .please be careful on this site Please be careful other guys with this frauder shopuhunk site. hi, i have also faced similar issues, i ot a mail that iphone 5 @699, i clicked the link and it too me to shop hunk and i made payment via debit card and post that i called them to inquire, now they say its a lucky draw and if selected than only you will get it. but in mail nothing as such was mentioned etc. this is fraud and cheating.
