Shopify — Myshopify.com not refund my money

I order booked on https://richaclub056.myshopify.com a hand watch on 04.02.22 my order
number is #1031
i already paid full amount to your seller. but your seller not update my
shipping status. i email to your seller, his his email id is '['[protected]@gmail.com'] but i am
not received any reply from seller.
and they not send my watch and not refund my money.
but website has closed by party.
