In addition to reporting unauthorized electronic banking transactions to the bank, also report the incident to National Cyber Crime Helpline,
Report the incident to National Cyber Crime Helpline Number at 1930

Report through online portal at https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Crime_AuthoLogin.aspx (https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Crime_AuthoLogin.aspx) or http://www.cybercrime.gov.in (http://www.cybercrime.gov.in)

Note: If your complaint is against fraud committed by a seller of goods then, in addition to filing the complaint here, you should also immediately contact the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU etc) and demand a refund. This is called a chargeback. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to you.
