Shopify — No tracking or shipping details available

I ordered for dryfruits for rs498 through paytm but I didnt get any order details or shipping details. My money was immediately reduced. But no product has been delivered. No proper website or customer care support numver or right email id. Everything seems to be fraudulent. So kindly refund my amount at the earliest. I have been keep on co.plaining but there is no response from your end. Kindly do the needful
