I had ordered and purchased online a redmi note 7 pro on april 11 2019 through online net banking. The order was confirmed and the company sent a message saying they have received the payment and will deliver in the next 5-7 days. I also chatted with a lady over the website about the message received. She said they have received the payment. I also tried calling the website on the number given on the website, but the call didnt get through. After a few days, the website shut down and they said that they will reopen the website on may 15 2019 and will refund the undelivered orders. Please help me get my refund.
