Sir i had ordered redmi note 7 pro on 10 apr 2019 with full pre payment (13499/-) through phone pay my order id is #[protected] but on 16th apr it started reflecting that your order has been cancelled and you will get your refund in 5-7 working days but still i have not received my refund. After making a upi payment, i made a call to ask about the detail for the delivery of the product. Tha call was attended by a lady, and she said, it will be delivered within 5-7 days. I have furchased mobile from shopingkaro.com.. Paid rs.13499/- through upi axis bank.. Money is dedacted from my account upi id [protected]@ybl 09/04/19... I got conformation from them.. They dint sent me mobile. Now that website is closed. I have given complaint to axis bank.. They are telling not possible to refund your amount.. Give police complait..
