ShopiShy.com — Not Received my samsung Galaxy ph.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 neo, from Shopishy.com a online store, with large discount. They call me that it is a lottery, and you have won a Ph with just giving 524 Rupees.I am ordering the Ph on 13 of June, 2015.My order no is 134881 via Shopishy .com through credit card. They said the product will be delivered by 25 of June 2015. But still now I am not received my product. Then I call them again, after a long try when they r called busy on the phone, I got them on line, ask her about my package, she said it is delivered by 15 of jul, 15. But I think they closed their company. Pls help me to get my money back.
