I had booked a jewelery set, how ever during verifiaction they said they cannot supply the same but will supply jeans pants. which I refused and asked them to cancell my order and refund the money. for last three months they are not responding.

I had paid Rs. 30, 000/- through RTGS for purchase. However the item of Jeans pants was not asked by me. accordingly I had requested to cancel my order during first verification call. the same was informed to you vide e-mail. till date the amount has not been refunded.
