Shopitindia — Almost 90 days product not yet received even after advance payment done

As i have made the payment of rs 9999/- on 05/03/2017 for the product offered on holi bumper — lg refrigerator 255ltr but on 12/03/2017 i received a courier as told by them it;s a welcome kit comprising of shoes oversize, a bag, belt, wallet but as promised by them a trimmer and power bank is not in the kit, when informed they told that will be foollwed when my main product — i. E. Lg refrigerator will be sendalongwith a atm card from where one can do purchase with more discounts. But till date no such has happened — all of a sudden i got a call from mr kuldeep — kuldip roy /amit/samir/anirudh /payal mondal all r encouraging to make apayment of rs 3600/- but i told them only it can be done if the product is delivered at my door step otherwise treat this call as a cancellation and proceed for refund asap, since then they told me yes we r doing so — but funny think what i felt about them that how they will do to refund as usual they r only to cheat then how they will be knowing to refund process — a stringent action to be taken to these fellows who has made there source of earning buy making fools /cheat with the valued customer
