Respectfully it is submitted that on jan, 17th.2017 i received a call on my mobile no. [protected] from your company namely shopitindia informing me that i am being offered deal of the day (Five items namely one laptop bag, one pair of shoe, one belt, one electric trimmer, one double bed sheet and one power bank (Vide ref. No.[protected] along with one free gift of any electronic item for rs.9999/-. I accepted the offer and paid rs.9999- vide transaction id twfhbi1bs9 from my credit card. I was assured that i will get lenovo laptop g-50 80 within few days on activation of my membership card. Immediately one more call was made to me by your company ‘s another employee asking me if i want another electronic item for rs.9999/-as my first order has been approved within 24 hrs. I accepted the offer and made another transaction of rs.9999/-vide id hmyhenqw for one plus t-3 mobile. The company send me a courier via dot delivery containing one pair of cheap shoe, one cheap bed sheet, one laptop bag, a belt, and told me that my membership card is under activation and on activation i will get my laptop and mobile. The company kept me waiting and waiting and later told me on march 14th., 2017 that i have to pay card activation charges of rs.8999/-. I paid the amount vide invoice no.12345dsq22. The company send me an fm player with 2 speaker sets and one electric tea kettle. I have not received laptop and mobile till date. Please let me know the fate of my order. On may 28th.2017 i received another call from your employee on mobile no.[protected] asking me to pay insurance charges of rs. 1850 for lenavo laptop and one + 3t mobile and assured me that i will get my goods by 29th. May 2017. I am sorry to say that i have not received any response from your company after paying rs, 1850/- by paytm. Please give me my items or refund cash of rs.30847/- back. I have paid all the three transactions online by credit card and insurance by paytm. I have all the receipts with me.
On june 3rd.2017 i received another call from mobile no. [protected] (Mumbai office finance of shopitindia) telling me that since i have made a complaint in consumer forum and company wants to settle the issue so he will refund the entire amount to me. He said that rs. 8999/- charged from me for activation of membership card will be refunded by the same credit card from which i made payment. He asked me the number of credit card and then said that i have issued refund to my card for which a otp is send on my phone. I have to provide otp to him for payment. I told otp to him and was shocked to see that instead of refund another transaction of rs.8999/- was deducted from my account. Since then the mobile is unanswering. Hence total loot from me is rs. 39846.
