Respected sir please try to short out my issue I have placed order through shopiwo on 4 March 2016. they have committed to delivery on 9 March but till now I have not received I got communicated later they are trying to deliver the products through local murchent but failed . and send me sms on 14.3.2016 that your order is cancel and your amount return with in 2-3 days but till today 6.4.2016 my amount are not refund.
the contact number is not reachable from 6.3.2016 to till, they are not giving reply of my mail

after lots of trying for communication finally no response but I am not assured that money will be refunded or not
