Shopkaar — redmi not delivered not refunded

Respected sir,

My self r. Santhosh, [protected], i have ordered redmi 4 mobile on[protected] for an amount of rs. 8499/- vide order no 129516 at shopkaar.com. The payment was made through credit card and the payment was successful and the same was confirmed by the shopkaar through mail (Herewith enclosed for reference) & sms.

Company not dispatched my product or even not sending me tracking no. And their customer care number is always engaged. So there is no way to understand strategy about delivering product so please help me for refunding my money or company have to pay compensation for wasting my time and misleading me and always it is showing at status tab in website that it is processing.

Later, i had applied for refund request on[protected], but the same was not refunded and product was not received till to date.

As of now the company site & app is also not accessible. Hence please do the justice by arranging refunding the amount.

I have ordered redmi 4 from shopkaar.com about two months ago. I didn't get the product and the customer service is not responding. My order id is 127783. Please refund my money back
