I placed an order with shopkin, paid online for the same on 5th April 2019 an amount of rs, 490 and got a confirmation message with Order No 30253. But they have not shipped it and now their customer care is not reachable. They are not even providing courier tracking details. They have mentioned on website that tracking details would be provided once product is dispatched.
They are sponsoring their website through facebook.
