Shopkin.in — it's a fraud company

I have ordered good amounting rs 499 from www.shopkin.in on march 21 2019.
But they kept on saying day order will be delivered soon. But later when i asked tracking details they stopped responding. Soon den when i checked website error message started displaying, and their mail i'd, phone no. Everything was dead.
I want my money back. This is a fraud site. I fear whether they would not use my account details for hacking, as i feel it to be unsafe. Please help me and resolving my issue.
