They have not delivered my product yet. It was supposed to reach me by 9 april. And now its 15 th april.. It has not reached me. I have made online payment. I want my refund. Please help.
Once they had replied to my email but now they are not.
The customer care number provided by them is not in use now. I really think they are fraud people.
