I ordered 3 kurties worth rs 1215 from "https://shopkin.in/" website on 1st april 2019 (Order id: 24843). I got order confirmation on my contact number and payment confirmation as well. However, the product is not yet delivered. Order status is still "processing". Earlier, there were 2 contact numbers on their website which they have removed now and the numbers are also not working. I called them on 6th april and they said they already dispatched the products on 5th april and i will receive it by 9th april. Same has been communicated on email as well. I sent multiple emails when didn't receive it. However, they are not responding. They are not even providing courier tracking details. They have mentioned on website that tracking details would be provided once product is dispatched.

This doesn't happen with me only. These people are cheating everyone by posting cloths with cheap price and trapping the customers. They are sponsoring their website through facebook. Yesterday, i saw their new post and people were commenting their to buy. I told them what happened and that this is fake and they blocked me so that i can't inform others about the same. I spent my hard earned money and i want that to be refunded now.

Be aware of such fake people.
