I came across an advertisement on my facebook page about this site ‘shopkin.in’ which offered clothing sale online. I placed my order on 31st march 2019. The site had only prepaid option - no cash on delivery.
After i placed my order i received a confirmation call from their end that order is dispatched and you will receive it by 15th april 2019.
It’s 17th april 2019 i haven’t received my order. The number from which i received confirmation is now switched off (Mobile number seems to be from gujarat). I cant even trace that site anymore. I have attached all related details in the form of screenshots available with me. I strongly believe it’s case of fraud. I request you to take immediate action and appropriate measures to prevent such frauds in future. I demand my money be refunded by contacting bank/payment gateway/any concerned authority through your medium. I came across similar complaints on your platform. This requires urgent attention.

It is a fraud site and no product delivered and it looted cusomer money through different ways. this company should be punished by law.
