Shopkin.in — ordered and, paid but no tracking & phone unreachable | |
I ordered 2 dresses for 598 rupees on march 30, 2019. It said it will be delivered within 12 to 14 days, and it's been 12 days already. There's no tracking info and when i called their customer service number it says "temporarily out of service". I'm a hard-working middle class person and 600 rupees for me is a significant loss, especially when i shop once in a blue moon when i come across good deals and hence i got lured into this scam. Please help me get my refund of 598 rupees. Also, please take immediate and strong action against such a scammer who are robbing people's hard-earned money. Was this information helpful? | |

Same happened with me. They should be penalized for this . They still have audacity to keep the site open. Many people have been fooled and this is continuing.

I ordered a kurti, paid the amount, got a confirmation msg, but still haven't got the product delivered.
