Shopkin.in — placed an order on 26th march 2019 and paid online. no response yet

I placed and order on 26.03.2019 on shopkin.in
I even got a confirmation call saying that your order will get delivered by 11.04.2019 and paid online and my payment was successful.
Today is 12th and there is still no update for my order.
The number available earlier on site is temporarily blocked and there is no contact number available now. They don't even reply to any of my emails. Kindly help.

Updated by lipimittal The order was worth RS 598 and it included two tops.
KINDLY GET MY REFUND OR GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Same happened with me. They should be penalized for this . They still have audacity to keep the site open. Many people have been fooled and this is continuing.
Strict action should be taken ASAP
