Shopkin.in — products delivered after payment. no refund provided

I had placed an order on shopkin.in on 25 th march for inr 897. I got a call next day saying i would get my order by 7th of april. On 8th when i contacted them, they told me that it will be delivered by saturday. When i asked them to cancel the order and refund my money i haven't received any response after that. All this conversation has happened over mails as the customer care nos are not working. Its a fraud website operating under multiple names like shopkin, vista clothes etc. Kindly take an action against these fraud people.
